Crockpot Easter Candy

We leave for the beach in a few days. So, we are just chuggin' along right through our to-do list of Easter activities before we take off!  We normally make our go-to bunny bait recipe each year, but I decided to change things up after seeing different versions of crockpot Easter candy and ya'll...I don't think there is any going back.  This is tooo good!  Like, as in I am packing it all up and handing out to neighbors because I cannot have all this in my house!

There are lots of different versions of this floating around on the internet so I just combined them and this worked perfectly. Really, I don't think it can be messed up.

1 large jar of honey roasted peanuts
1 package of white almond bark
Easter color m&ms
Easter sprinkles

Step 1:
Start by pouring the peanuts on the bottom of your crock pot.

Step 2: break apart almond bark and lay on top of peanuts

Step 3: turn crock pot on low.  Some recipes online said for 1 1/2-2 hours. Maybe my crockpot cooks fast, but it only took an hour for my chocolate to be melted.

Make sure you stir every so often while the chocolate is melting

Step 4: When chocolate is all melted throw some M&Ms in there and mix.
Then quickly scoop into balls onto wax paper.  (we used an ice cream scooper)
We were out of wax paper so we laid on glass dishes, wax paper would have been much easier.

Step 5: decorate before they dry.
We added extra M&M's on top, and sprinkles.

Let harden for about 30 mins and then carefully remove and serve!
That's it!
So easy, so pretty, SO YUMMY!
